Southern Blessings, Inc. has closed its retail location. The retail store was created to provide finances for The Sanctuary for women. We are excited about new beginnings and are concentrating on expanding the ministry.

 The Sanctuary of Southern Blessings for women began in August of 2008. It was called "The Master's house" in the beginning. Gail obtained the 1,600 sq. ft. home by assuming a small mortgage from a relative.

It can house 6 women. Almost all of the women who are accepted into the program cannot pay for the program and need a sponsor.

Gail and David were supporting the ministry by contributing thier own funds while establishing
Southern Blessings" store.  Unexpectedly, Gail was forced into early retirement in 2009 due to health problems. They continued to sponsor one resident, Kristy, while the store grows and funds for more residents are established.
